In 2012, James began working as a Business Consultant for Subway’s corporate offices. This role helped further his knowledge of Maine real estate, as he was helping Subway owners across the state negotiate leases for existing and new locations. He was also helping with site selection, leasing, and development for Aroma Joes/Subway stores across several other states. By 2015, James was ready to launch his own business. He, his wife, and brother started a company flipping houses and holding rental properties. As the company grew, James decided that he had a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals, so he earned a real estate license. At J T Leahy, James uses his passion, experience, and knowledge to help clients navigate the process of buying and selling their homes and income properties.
James and his wife, Lindsay, have a lovely family with two children, and understand the needs of families looking for the right home to live in.
